 Could I Still Be Pregnant Despite Having Constipation Along With Negative UPT? 

My periods are irregular but i always get one i missed it last month and it still hasn t came i took a pregnancy test around the 5th of September and got a negative but now i have to urine more than usual and have been getting constipated a lot could i have tested to early whats the latest it could take to get a positive pregnancy test

Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Delayed periods can be due to pregnancy, stress or hormonal disturbances.
Frequent urination can be due to urinary tract infection.
I would suggest you to get a repeat ultrasound after one week to confirm the diagnosis.
If negative, then do get your urine examination done to confirm the infection and get appropriate treatment.
